Check-in: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Breakfast: 7:00 to 9:00 a.m.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Reservations: Required and accepted up to six months prior to scheduled stay.

Deposit: Required. Deposit by personal check must be received ten days prior to reservation date.

Additional Guests: There is charge of $25 per person for extra guests staying in the room.

Payment Methods: Cash, traveler's checks, or personal checks.

Discounts: University, Corporate, Family, Group and Extended Stay Discounts available.

Cancellation Fees: No charge for cancellation prior to ten days before scheduled stay. Cancellation between ten and two days will require a $25 cancellation charge. Cancellation on the day before your scheduled stay will require 50% of total first nights room rate. Cancellation on day of scheduled stay will require total first night's room rate. We will gladly refund the applicable cancellation fee if we are able to rent that room for the cancelled night.

Breakfast: Fresh fruit, homemade breads and pastries, bagels, granola, a hot entree, and a choice of beverage from regular and decaffeinated coffees, herbal and distinctive teas, juices and milk. Please advise us in advance of special dietary needs.

Extra Breakfast: Family and friends of guests may join in breakfast for $8.00 per person.

Other Services: Please advise us about special needs or other services that you may require.

Gift Certificates: Can also be ordered by phone, and make a wonderful gift (special rules apply).

Pets: We have no facilities for pets.

For the comfort of our guests, and the preservation of the many antique furnishing in this home, smoking is not allowed inside the Vrooman Mansion. The veranda and grounds are available for guests who wish to smoke.
